FAQ

How does the service work?
We will arrive at least 1 hour before your event to set up the truck. Once everything is ready, we’ll begin cooking pizzas and start serving them at the time you requested. Pizzas are served on wooden paddles, and we’ll keep delivering them until all your guests are satisfied.

What’s the difference between Option 1 and Option 2?
The key difference is that with Option 2, we provide a waiter to serve pizzas directly to your guests. With Option 1, we place the pizzas on a table near our truck, and guests can either take a slice or a whole pizza to their eating area. For Option 1, we’ll need someone to return the wooden paddles to our truck.

How long will the service take?
Our pizzas are made fresh on-site, so the service typically lasts 2-3 hours, depending on the number of guests. Generally, we estimate about 1 hour for every 50-60 guests. The service will end once we receive confirmation from the organizer on the day of the event.

Do you need power?
Yes, we require a standard 10 amp power socket to run our pizza truck. We’ll provide up to 40 meters of cable.

When will you arrive on the day?
We’ll arrive approximately an hour and a half before the scheduled serving time to set up.

What do you need from us upon arrival?
We just need someone to show us where to park and direct us to the nearest 10 amp power socket.

What pizza flavours do you offer?
We rotate our pizza flavors throughout the night. Please check our menu for a list of options.

Can we order pizzas on the night?
To keep the event running smoothly, we do not accept additional orders during the event. Only guests with dietary requirements may place orders on the night.

How do you handle dietary requirements?
We can accommodate gluten-free (not celiacs), dairy-free & vegan, requests. A few weeks before the event, we’ll ask you how many guests have specific dietary needs so we can prepare accordingly. Guests with dietary requirements should come to the truck to place their orders.
